At Segway Navimow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart lawn care experience. If your robotic mower isn't the right fit, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Mower
Carefully repack the Navimow, charging station, and all installation accessories into their original packaging to ensure safe transit back to our facility.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger units.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware and components are in like-new condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
